Rossi Group provided on-site construction inspection, monitoring, and project support services for the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) Office of Engineering and Construction. Our work focused on critical improvements to SR 141 from I-95 to Jay Drive and Elkton Road from the Maryland line to Casho Mill Road.
The projects included replacing overpass structures, enhancing traffic capacity and operations, and improving vehicle and pedestrian safety. Rossi Group’s inspection expertise encompassed all aspects of highway and bridge construction, including HMA and PCC paving, traffic maintenance, earthwork, pile driving, grading stability, and erosion and sediment control compliance. Throughout the projects, we maintained a strong emphasis on safety and a clean worksite, ensuring the successful delivery of these vital infrastructure improvements.
