Rossi Group provided construction management and inspection (CMI) services for SHA OOTS statewide contracts, delivering comprehensive technical and administrative support. Responsibilities included managing project files, preparing construction closeout documents, and maintaining traffic signal and maintenance databases.
As part of the effort, Rossi Group oversaw inspectors and coordinated construction and maintenance operations, including roadway, bridge, and traffic infrastructure projects. The team managed construction documentation, material clearances, RFI tracking, and plan reviews using eMCMS and MMS. They also prepared construction logs, reviewed project plans and cost estimates, and provided administrative support for change orders and project closeouts. Their expertise in traffic control standards, inspection techniques, and federal and state regulations ensured efficient project execution and compliance with MDOT SHA standards.
