ROSSI GROUP ACQUIRES RYBINSKI ENGINEERING

Acquisition strengthens growth opportunities in strategic regions

HUNT VALLEY, MD (January 31, 2023) – Rossi Transportation Group, Inc. (Rossi Group), a woman-owned consulting firm providing civil / transportation engineering and planning services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Rybinski Engineering, LLC (Rybinski Engineering), a traffic engineering firm with ties in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

Founded in 2012, Rybinski Engineering is a certified woman-owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) specializing in traffic engineering services for US DOT funded projects in the Mid-Atlantic. The firm’s capabilities include traffic engineering, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), active traffic management (ATM) systems and tools, transportation system design, transportation management plans (TMPs), and traffic data analytics. After announcing last year that it would cease operations in 2023, discussions began for Rossi Group to acquire the organization. As part of the acquisition, Holly Rybinski, PE, PTOE, former Principal-in-Charge at Rybinski Engineering, will join the Rossi Group team.
