Rossi Group provided performance measurement and asset management support to the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA).
Our on-site assistance comprised multiple related efforts including the Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) preparation, Asset Data Warehouse (ADW) next-generation enhancements, new data collection efforts, comprehensive strategic planning, and implementation of a
comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) that helps to ensure that the State Highway Administration is in full compliance with Moving Ahead for Progress-21 (MAP-21).
