Rossi Group assisted the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Authority (MDOT MTA) with the management and oversight of MTA Transit Ambassadors during shuttle bus bridge operations.

 

The bus bridge operates as a local route bus service during scheduled Metro SubwayLink and Lightrail shutdowns. Transit Ambassadors provide customer service at MTA stations to MTA riders requiring route information and assistance.
