Rossi Group supported the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) with the I-95 Express Toll Lanes (ETL) Northbound Extension Project.

 

Rossi Group provided stormwater management analysis and design, hydrologic/hydraulic and scour analysis for the Big Gunpowder Falls bridge, pavement and marking design and construction plans, independent design and constructability reviews, cultural Section 106 permitting activities for the new/relocated Park & Ride at MD 152, and NEPA re-evaluation services.
