Rossi Group supports the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) Planning Division with the implementation of the statewide Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) This community-driven program facilitates the development of non-traditional transportation projects with the goal of providing choices for non-motorized users that are safe, reliable, and convenient.

We work with the community, WILMAPCO, and DelDOT to create inviting and lively places and a safe transportation network for all users. Our support includes concept plan, alternatives development, and final engineering design for off and on-road bike and pedestrian facilities, safety and streetscape improvements, and Safe Routes to Schools (SRTS) projects throughout the state.
