Rossi Group provided on-site construction inspection, monitoring, and project support services to the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) Office of Engineering and Construction for improvements to SR 141 from I-95 to Jay Drive and for improvements at Elkton Road from the Maryland line to Casho Mill Road.

 

The project improvements include replacing overpass structures, improving traffic capacity and operations, and improving vehicle and pedestrian safety. Rossi Group provided inspection expertise for all types of highway and bridge construction, including HMA and PCC paving, maintenance of traffic, earthwork, pile driving, grading stability, and erosion and sediment control compliance while insisting on a safe and clean worksite.
