Rossi Group provided engineering, public outreach, and stormwater management (SWM) and erosion and sediment control (ESC) permitting services in support of the Exelon/Baltimore Gas & Electric (BGE) Boyd-Booth Street Phase 1 Gas Main Replacement project.

The project included gas line upgrades from low to medium pressure by abandoning existing gas service and the installation of new gas mains and lateral service connections in the Boyd-Booth neighborhood of Baltimore City.
